Club Magnolia has rooms available for booking private parties during regular hours and after hours.
Please contact your sales representative for details and pricing. Reserved tables during business hours are also available and extended hours upon request.
Below is a list of rooms and possible configurations.
 Plantation Porch and Shutter Bar
The Plantation Porch and Shutter Bar is a covered and partially enclosed outdoor dining and bar area and will host up to 60 people.
The Plantation Porch has table seating for 34 people. The Shutter Bar is the outside bar area around the Plantation Porch, and it will seat 30 plus people (16 for inside dining and 14 for outside bar dining).
This area includes (1) 50" plasma and (2) 36" LCD televisions and is available for evening booking.

 The Sand Trap Lounge
The Sand Trap Lounge is an indoor bar with bar-height pub tables throughout and will host approximately 35 people seated, with extra standing room.
It has the ambiance of an old world country club with a rustic and elegant bar flair.
The Sand Trap Lounge has (2) 50" plasma, (1) 20" LCD televisions and a fire place.
It is available for evening booking and perfect for an after tournament cocktail party.

 Tee Time Room
The Tee Time Room is perfect for a private lunch, or this room can be converted for elegant dining in the evening and holds 20-25 people.
Dinner parties have the luxury of designing their own menu with our renowned Executive Chef.
The Tee Time Room has wonderful access to the outside deck at the end of the room which gives guests a chance to enjoy full access to the outside after a perfect meal.
The room also has (2) 32" LCD and (1) 42" LCD televisions and is available for lunch or dinner booking.

 Tin Cup Lounge
The First Room is located to the left of the front reception area. This room comfortably holds 10-12 people for cocktails, lunch or dinner.
It is separate from the rest of the Club, which makes it a discreet location for a business meeting or small conference.
It includes a 32" LCD television over the fireplace and is available for day or evening booking.

The Bunker Bar & Grill an International & Sweetwater Craft Beer Garden
The Beer Garden is in the European style and has a grill area and seating for 100 people. It specializes in unique international and craft beers and is the club's fourth full service bar. The very popular Southern Grill is located in this area, which overlooks the Magnolia Green.
Magnolia Green
Magnolia Green is a three-hole golf putting course designed by Michael Riley, patterned after world renowned courses, like Augusta National. The guests are able to play all three holes to compete for the best score which will be reflected on the Club Magnolia leader board, with prizes for the winners. The Magnolia Green will be attended by three Club Magnolia hosts and be next to the Golf Bar, an area to get drinks, clubs, balls and other supplies needed to play the course. It will also seat about 30 people.
